All new farmers, growers, processors, food vendors and arts & crafts vendors desiring
to become a member of the Woodinville Farmers Market must submit a completed application, $40
membership fee and pre-pay space fee of the first market day in order to be considered for
participation in the market. There are no exceptions.
Vendors in good standing must submit a completed application, $40 membership fee and space
pre-pay fee (see application) by the March 31st deadline. Applications received after the March
31st deadline are welcome, but first consideration will be given to those meeting the deadline
and a speedy response time is not guaranteed. For returning arts & crafts vendors, the
WFM Board reserves the right to require that you pass through the jury process as a new
arts & crafts vendor.
Farmers, growers, processors and food vendors must have their products screened and approved
by the WFM Market Manager and/or Jury Committee. All farm and produce products must be grown,
produced or made by the vendor or the vendor's family members in Washington. Produce reselling
is allowed on a limited basis but must be approved by the WFM Market Manager and Board. No
commercially produced products are allowed. The WFM Board reserves the right to inspect a farm
or workplace to insure compliance. The WFM Board requires proof that all applicable county
permits, state permits and licenses are current and up-to-date.
All arts & crafts must be predominantly hand-made by the artist or crafter in the state of
Washington; no resellers, no commercially produced products, no products made
from kits are allowed. All new arts & crafts vendors must be juried by the WFM Jury
Committee. Three product photos must be submitted with the completed application, $40
membership fee and first day pre-pay space fee. Photos may be submitted electronically to the
WFM Jury Committee. All digital photos shall be no
larger than 1024 pixels on the longest side and must be in JPEG format. Photos submitted without
an accompanying completed application, membership fee and first day pre-pay space fee are
insufficient for the application to be processed. We will make every effort to review complete
submissions and respond within two weeks.
Vendors submitting the application electronically must submit membership and pre-pay fee
and all pertinent documentation (licenses, permits, photos, etc.) in order for the application
to be processed. No exceptions.
Please be sure to carefully read the newly revised vendor guidelines as spelled out in the
application document before submitting your application.
